New certifications
In 2020, I completed several certifications to develop my skills in different areas of business. Here is a summary of the certificates I have accumulated since June.
As a business coach, I can offer my clients support in managing change in IT development projects. I focus my activities in particular on coaching IT professionals.
Agility is today’s dominant modern way of developing software. The Product Owner role is that of Scrum, the core Agile methodology, for example, to drive and prioritise customer requirements to product development teams. In my role of taking customer requirements to development organisations, for example in project and procurement consulting, it is important for me to understand this approach. I learned a lot during the training about how to lead product development in a modern way by understanding customer needs and continuously maximising customer value.
Lean and Lean IT, as well as Lean Six Sigma, are all important methods for improving processes and operations across the board in modern organisations. Lean IT certification gives me the skills to apply Lean methods in IT development projects, not just to export old processes to new IT systems, but to rationalise operations and optimise value streams in Lean terms.
